Affordable membership can be purchased on a month-to-month basis and a personal
health fitness coach will be available to each member.

Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participants to dance away their worries & 500-700 calories. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" in order for ZUMBA participants to stick to the ZUMBA fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits, Combines Latin dance with modern hip hop fun, Excellent for all ages.
Dances include salsa, Merengue, cha cha, samba, flamenco and hip hop.
 

ZUMBA is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind.
It is a "feel-happy" workout.

 

  Turbo kick

This is the hottest exercise class around! Sure, it’s kickboxing, You’ll kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout. Turbo Kick combines today’s hottest music with up-to-date kickboxing techniques for a fun-filled and entertaining workout. This 60-minute cardio workout consists of several sections of punching and kicking combinations and is highlighted by a signature Turbo section. Turbo Kick is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level and at any time to participate and custom tailor their workout. Turbo Kick is a total body workout experience, therefore each class concludes with leg strength and endurance drills, abs work, and flexibility stretching.

 

Boot camp:  

A workout for your entire body, heart and muscles, by going from one exercise to another with no rest.
The workouts involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises, the difference lies in the intensity. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.
Boot camp includes: Running, jogging, knee strikes, upper cuts, jabs, hooks, upper cuts, round house kicks, front kick, back kics, squats, lunges, Squat-Thrust, 
Slow Pushups, Jumping Jacks, Ski Jumps, football run, High Jogs, Side Lunge with Windmill Arms, Walking Lunge, plio jumps, Planks and many others.




 

Aerobic Cardio:

Includes running, jumping, and plyometric moves includes  Moves from street dance and urban culture,
Sports conditioning with focus on strength, agility, and speed, Intervals are alternate periods of aerobic and higher impact conditioning to get the most calories burned in minimum amount of time.

This is the classic floor exercise that launched the aerobics industry.
High Impact and Low Impact moves are mixed up for lots of options allowing exercisers to choose to jump high or just have a light bounce in their step. Instructors can pull from many disciplines in creating movement patterns including athletics, dance, jazz, hip hop, and more.
The intention is to get you moving and get some fun doing it!

Strength Conditioning (Sculpting Muscles)

 

 

Body Toning: Is a group exercise class using barbells with adjustable weights. It works the major muscle groups via a series of exercises including squats, presses and lifts. Designed to "tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning,"
Body Toning is to be proven to be "the world's fastest way to get in shape."

 

 
Body - Bar Craze:
The Body Bar Craze is an exciting, energetic and intense workout using classic Body Bar moves in powerful and effective ways. Focus on form, technique and execution to sculpt and fine-tune a strong, defined body.

Core Cardio (for 6 pack abs)

 

Experience incredible results in less time! This workout utilizes a comprehensive and efficient 2 phase progression cardio, core and strength to condition your entire mid-section with functional, integrated movements. Use these dynamic, cutting edge core exercises to train your abs and back safely through their full range of motion. Core conditioning, balance and muscular endurance utilizing a stability ball helping with balance and cordination.
The first part involving 30 minutes of cardiovascular (hi/low impact) burning maximum calories with movements holding the ball, targeting fat around the entire mid section (back, waist, abdominals Oblique and hips) . The second part is a very intense portion to work the powerhouse (transverse abdominals) similar to the pilates based exercises.
